Services Covered: Bridal Support, Clothing adjustments and dry cleaning.

1. Overview

At MôiNôi Moments we value your satisfaction and strive to deliver exceptional service. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be granted for services rendered through our platform.

2. Refund Eligibility

​

Bridal Support Services

  • Full refund if cancelled 48 hours or more before the scheduled service.

  • 50% refund if cancelled 24–48 hours before the service.

  • No refund for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time or for no-shows.

Clothing Adjustments

  • Refunds are available only if work has not yet commenced.

  • Once tailoring or alterations begin, the service is considered non-refundable.

Dry Cleaning on wedding dresses or evening dresses

  • Refunds are available only if work has not yet commenced.

  • MôiNôi Moments does not guarentee that hard stains can be removed and will not refund such cases.

 

3. Partial Refunds

​

Partial refunds may be considered under the following conditions:

  • Service was interrupted due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., power outages, illness, death).

 

4. Refund Process

​

To request a refund:

  • Email us [charmaynetempel@gmail.com] with your booking reference and reason for the request.

  • Refunds will be processed within 7 business days.

  • Payments made via Yoco or PayPal will be refunded through the same platform.

 

5. Exceptions

​

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Completed services

  • Garments damaged due to pre-existing conditions or incorrect client instructions

  • Services rendered under promotional or discounted packages (unless otherwise stated)

 

6. Dispute Resolution

If you believe a refund was unfairly denied:

  • Contact us directly for reconsideration

  • South African clients may lodge a complaint with the Consumer Goods and Services Ombud

  • US clients may contact their relevant state consumer protection agency

 

7. Changes to This Policy

MôiNôi Moments reserves the right to update this Refund Policy. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date
