2. Services Overview

​

MoiNoi Moments Website provides:

  • Bridal Support Services (e.g., on-the-day assistance, with dressing the bride and keeping her camera ready, bridal room emergency help, making of bouquettes and boutonnières)

  • Clothing adjustments and dry cleaning

  • Shoe pimping

All services are subject to availability and confirmation. Services might be unavailable in certain time frames.

3. Booking & Payment

​

  • Bookings must be made via our website or approved channels.

  • Payment is required upfront or as agreed upon, via secure platforms such as Yoco or PayPal.

  • Prices are listed in ZAR or USD and may include applicable taxes.

 

4. Cancellations & Refunds

​

  • Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled service for a full refund.

  • Late cancellations may incur a 50% fee.

  • No-shows or same-day cancellations are non-refundable.

 

5. Client Responsibilities

​

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate information during booking

  • Arrive on time for garment adjustment measurements and fittings

  • Communicate any allergies, sensitivities, or special requirements in advance

 

6. Liability

​

While we take every precaution to deliver high-quality service:

  • MoiNoi Moments is not liable for damage to garments due to pre-existing conditions 

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by force majeure (e.g., load shedding, strikes, extreme weather, sudden death or sickness).

 

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including logos, guides, and product names — is the intellectual property of MoiNoi and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.

 

8. Privacy & Data Protection

​

We respect your privacy. Personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of:

  • South Africa, for clients residing or serviced within South Africa

  • Applicable U.S. state law, for clients based in the United States

MoiNoi reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
